Please note that the RiskWise Support team cannot approve Permits on behalf of the Client. If you require approval, please get in touch with your on-site contact to assist with this.
If your permit requires any further information you will have received an email from the Client, requesting further information. The requested information will be noted in this email.
Once you have clicked on the permit reference number on the email you will directed to the RiskWise system. You can click the "Permit History" tab if you need a reminder of the requested information that will need to be added.
Navigating back to the Permit Detail tab, you will be able to see some options on the right-hand side. To add further information, you will need to click the "Add Further Information" button at the bottom of these options.
You will then be shown the permit form that was originally sent to the client. You will now be able to add the required additional information to the permit and submit this back to the client.
Once your permit has been approved you can then print this out and take it to site.
