The Home Page is your default landing page when entering the system, however, this can be changed at any point from within your personal settings menu. From any other screen, your Home Page is accessed from the “Home” tab at the top of the screen.
The information on the home page is separated out into four ‘cells’.
The top left cell shows Event Status. This includes activity to Events that you have access to, which have been recorded this week.
The bottom left cell shows a summary of Contractor Management Status, including the number of actions that are outstanding and overdue, and the number of actions that are due to be completed within the next fortnight.
Each one of these reports displays a figure against it. This figure can be clicked on to display the underlying data, which will be displayed in a tabular format. Additionally, a globe icon is available to take the data and map it directly into the internal Google mapping facility.
The remaining two cells can be customised to suit your requirements, by clicking ‘Customise Homepage’, found on the light blue menu bar.
The top middle cell, by default, displays the number of jobs that have been logged within the last week.
The bottom middle cell, by default, displays Contractor Feedback. This is measured using the “Star rating”.
Both of these cells, along with the two on the far right can be customised using the 'Customise Homepage' button found on the light blue menu bar, when on the homepage. The first tab within the popup allows you to tailor which statistics are shown in the left hand column.
It is possible to choose from a variety of different options such as Latest News Feeds, Messages and Weblinks.
