The Home Page is your default landing page when entering the system, however this can be changed at any point from within your personal settings menu. From any other screen, your Home Page is accessed from the “Home” tab at the top of the screen.
The information on the home page is separated out into several ‘panels’ dependant on permissions.
The top left cell shows recent activity. This includes activity to properties, actions and inspections, that you have access to, that have been recorded this week.
The middle left cell shows a summary of action status, including the quantity of actions that are outstanding and overdue, and the quantity of actions that are due to be completed within the next fortnight.
The bottom left cell shows a summary of inspection status, including quantity of overdue inspections, and inspections due to be reviewed within the next fortnight.
Each one of these reports displays a figure against it. This figure can be clicked on to display the underlying data, which will be displayed in a tabular format. Additionally, a globe icon is available to take the data and map it directly into the internal Google mapping facility.
The remaining four cells can be customised to suit your requirements, by clicking ‘Customise Homepage’, found on the light blue menu bar.
The top middle cell, by default, displays a bar chart which displays the quantity of inspections that have been logged within the last six months. The data is broken down into a separate bar per month. These data bars can be clicked on to view the underlying inspection data, in a tabular format.
The bottom middle cell, by default, displays an odometer of outstanding actions. The pointer refers to a percentage of outstanding and overdue actions. If the pointer is aimed at 0%, it means that none of your actions that are outstanding have gone past the timescale given for completion.
Both of these cells, along with the two on the far right can be customised using the 'Customise Homepage' button found on the light blue menu bar, when on the homepage. The first tab within the popup allows you to tailor which statistics are shown in the left hand column. Clicking into the second tab within the popup, ‘Customise Panel’, allows you to choose what extra information appears on the homepage.
It is possible to choose from a variety of different pre-built reports and graphs, or even show any configured graphs from your dashboard.
