Carbon Reduction Commitment (CRC) reporting is possible on all meters across a client’s sites. These show energy consumption by a meter over a specified date range.
There are several ways in which these reports can be accessed. The first option is to use the pre-programmed reports in ‘Data Search’. Navigate to ‘Data Search’, then select the second tab ‘System Reports’ and then click on ‘Energy Meters’ from the folder list.
The system has three default CRC reports programmed in; the past three months, the past six months and the past year.
The second option is to use CRC Reporting from the ‘Environmental Management’ Module. To access this, ensure that the system is in the ‘Environmental Management’ module, then navigate to the ‘Property List’ tab and click ‘Utility Meters’ and select ‘CRC Report’ from the lower of the light blue bars at the top of the screen this is represented by a sun behind a cloud button.
The ‘CRC Report’ popup will appear where you can enter the parameters for the report you wish to run.
The user can enter the start and end date for their report, they can also select four additional fields from the property details screen and two additional user fields. For example, age of the property and air conditioning status from the property as well as site manager and phone number.
Lastly, they can select to have the report appear within the user interface, or whether it will be prepared as an exportable Excel file.
Once these are decided select ‘Save’ to confirm the details and the report will then run. Please note the report will run across all available properties.
Whichever option is selected they will then be able to export this to Excel using Export Data and analyse the information as required.
