The report builder is a way for a client to build their own online questionnaires which appear whenever particular inspection types are added. To create a new report type, navigate to the ‘Settings’ menu, then ‘Audit Reports’.
When recording an inspection, if the inspection type selected has a questionnaire attached to it, as soon as the user clicks ‘Log Event’, the series of questions will be displayed.
Questions are separated into client set topics, and each question has specific answers and rules.
These rules can automatically generate actions if required, to ensure that any negative answers provided are followed up with some form of action.
