You need to navigate to the settings tab / Audit Reports / View Audit Reports / Edit Audit /
When creating an Audit report, to add a response, simply click onto the “Add Question Response” icon which is located in the right-hand corner of your screen.
A pop up will then appear, enabling you to choose the option to make this question a ‘Remembered Response?” for when this Audit is completed in the future. This ensures that the last response given to any specific question will be retained following synchronisation to the RiskWise system and automatically pre-filled for the next time the questionnaire is completed. This will help to reduce the time period when next completing the Audit report.
