How can I create an email notification rule to send a PDF summary of a completed audit report?

When an audit report is recorded on RiskWise you can set up an ‘Email Escalation’ to automatically generate a PDF document to specific users on the system.

If you have the correct permission please navigate to the settings tab/email escalations. 

Once here if you create an Email Rule and select the ‘Audit Report Logged’ option and provide a description.

The setup wizard will then ask you to confirm the content of the email and specify which event/inspection types this applies.

Finally, you can choose which user levels the email will be sent to, and RiskWise will then use this to check the relevant user assigned to the property and will generate an email to their associated email address. Once a user receives the email, they can click onto the link, which will then take them directly to the completed audit report where they can view or download a PDF version of the audit report.

The link which is included in the email notification will have an expiry date which can be set in Company Settings by a RiskWise administrator.
