Firstly, click onto the ‘Properties List’ tab and select the relevant property. Then click the ‘Action List’ tab in the dark blue header.
In the table of actions, locate the row containing the action that you need to upload documents to. Go along thus row until you reach the ‘Action Files’ column, and click the paperclip icon.
From the pop-up shown below, click ‘Upload File’.
From the next pop-up, click the ‘Add Files’ button and select up to 10 files to upload, using either individual or multi-select. Once you have selected all the files, click the ‘Start Upload’ button.
Please note that only the following file types are able to be uploaded onto the RiskWise system:
doc / docx / pdf / txt / png / jpg / jpeg / bmp / avi / mp4 / mov / xls / xlsx
You will now be taken back to the first pop-up. Please check that your documents appear next to ‘Additional Files/Documents’, and if desired enter a ‘Description’ to be applied to all documents.
When satisfied, press ‘save’ in the bottom right-hand corner.
To check that your documents have been successfully uploaded, go back on the ‘Action List’ and locate the row containing the action that you uploaded the documents to. Go along this row until you reach the ‘Action Files’ column, and click the screen icon. The files should show in the next pop-up.
