Once logged into RiskWise, if you hover your curser over the KPI tab, there will be two options you can select from ‘Actions Performance’ and ‘Events Performance’.
After selecting “Actions Performance” you can then drill down into the data by user on the left-hand side of the table, or by the action status figure. Once you have filtered to the information you require, you can then export this data into an Excel spreadsheet. You are also able to apply filters to the data by clicking the icon named ‘Data Filters’. For further information on KPI filters, please refer to article 26.9 How do I use KPI Filters?
The same steps can be used when you choose ‘Events Performance’ from the KPI drop down menu.
You are now also able to remove the percentages and decimals from the KPI stats by clicking onto the icon named ‘Show / Hide Decimals’.
Once you have pressed the ‘Show / Hide Decimals’, all percentage and decimals will be removed from the data and this will also apply if you export the data into excel. This will be useful for users who use excel formulas on the KPI data for reporting purposes.
