Navigate to the ‘Data Search’ tab and then click onto the icon named ‘Data Search Wizard’.
You will then need to click onto the drop down menu named ‘Type of Seach?’ where you can select Accident, Incident and Claims before proceeding to the next page. The second page, you can then choose to filter by the Accident / Incident type or simply continue. Once on the third page, if you scroll down to the bottom, there will now be a section named ‘Sent to RIDDOR’.
If you select ‘yes’ and then continue to run your data search and export your results, there will be a new column within the excel spreadsheet which will show you which incidents have been reported to the HSE.
