To send an action from RiskWise you will first need to navigate to the action details of the action. This can be done via the Property List tab / Action List.
On the right-hand side of the screen the option ‘Issue to Elogbooks’ will appear as shown below:
Once selected a pop-up will appear with all the action details on it. It will ask you to select the priority and Elogbooks Statutory Type before sending:
Once completed click ‘Save’ which will send the action to Elogbooks. In the Action Details, a new tab will show titled ‘Elogbooks Details’.
NOTE: All updates, either way will take up to 10 minutes to appear on the system.
When it has been updated in Elogbooks this will change the status to ‘In Progress’, or ‘Completed' once the service provider has confirmed the details.
The action will look like the below when it has been transferred and you will be able to view the progress by clicking 'View in Elogbooks'. This will then take you to the Elogbooks site.
You will only be able to close the action down in RiskWise once it has been marked as complete in Elogbooks.
