The S2 Partnership has significantly enhanced the Accident, Incident and Claims Management module; new functionality allows greater freedom to customise incident forms, including use for global incident reporting.
This new functionality saves users time by ensuring that only relevant fields are visible when logging and updating incidents, based on the responses provided by the notifier.
User-friendly incident forms can be customised to capture details, including suspected or confirmed cases of infectious diseases reported at sites.
In addition, there are greater incident reporting capabilities designed to help clients analyse incident data.
