The S2 Partnership is proud to announce the launch of the new Service Desk module, designed to support property and facilities management companies. Service Desk enables occupiers, or other RiskWise users, to efficiently manage issues or tasks that can be passed onto contractors and tracked through to resolution. A suite of customisable management reporting is available in the system.
Designed and built by S2’s in-house experts, Service Desk is particularly beneficial to existing RiskWise users; it complements other modules, including Risk & Compliance and Contractor & Performance Management.
