To log this inspection you will need to login to the RiskWise app. Once you have logged in the following syncing screen will show:
You will need to swipe on your screen from left to right and this will then bring up a property selection option:
All the properties that you are assigned to will be shown in this box. You will need to put a tick in the box next to the property you need to log the inspection against. Once you have done this please then swipe on the screen from right to left which will bring you back to the sync screen where you can click on the green sync button highlighted in red below:
You will then see the property details where you will need to click on the 'Inspection & Events' tab highlighted in red below:
Here you can then select on the 'Log New Inspection' button highlighted in red below:
Here you need to specify the inspection that you are logging by pressing on the 'Inspection Type' button highlighted in red below. You will then need to select the appropriate COVID-19 inspection for your property.
There is an option to add in additional notes into the 'Inspection Notes' box which can be seen on the image below. This is a free text area and is not mandatory but it could be useful to enter some further details about the inspection if required.
You then need to enter the date in which the inspection has taken place. This can be done by pressing on the 'Inspection Date' which will open up a calendar from which the date can be selected, this is highlighted in red below:
You will then need to specify whether the inspection being logged is going to be a One-Off Inspections / Event or if it will be recurring on a particular schedule by pressing on the ‘This Inspection Will Be’ button highlighted in red below. A One-Off means that we will be logging a single occurrence and this will not be available for review. By selecting Due for Review, we need to specify the date on which this inspection will next occur.
You will then see the option for audit, highlighted in red below. If you click on the '0 Answers' this will then take you to the audit questions.
The audit screen will show with all the questions that need to be answered by clicking on each question.
To answer the question click on 'Tap to select answer' highlighted in red below. This will bring up the relevant answers for this question type.
To get further guidance on the question click on the i option.
Although these fields are not mandatory you have the option to write into the free text box and upload a document/photo if required. Once you have finished answering the question you can click on 'Done'.
Repeat this process for every question in the audit. Once you have finished all of the questions you can then click on the 'Complete Audit' button highlighted in red below:
If any questions have not been answered you will be presented with an error message 'Please enter all required fields'. This will then highlight the questions that need answering in red.
Once all the questions have been filled in you will be taken back to the main inspection page where you can review the inspection and when you are happy select 'Mark as Complete' highlighted in red below:
This will then take you to the main inspection screen and your inspection will show in the 'Completed Inspections on Device' section highlighted in red below.
If your inspection is showing in the 'In Progress Inspections' area then you will need to go back into the inspection and make sure to follow the steps above to mark the inspection as complete.
Once the inspection shows in 'Completed Inspections on Device' all you need to do is sync the inspection by clicking on the highlighted button below:
This will then sync the inspection.
Once this has synced successfully you will then receive an email from RiskWise which will you allow to download a PDF copy of the COVID-19 Self Assessment for reference.
