Please refer to the article – ‘Once a Service Request has been accepted where is this stored?’ to navigate to the issue you are looking to close.
Navigate to the Property List tab and select the relevant property where you will then need to click onto the ‘Issues’ tab. You will then need to click onto the reference number of the issue that you need to issue to a contractor, and this will then take you into the issue’s details page. Click on the button on the right-hand side for ‘Issue to Contactor’ outlined in red below:
Only contractors who can complete the associated work activities and are assigned to the specific property will be present in this list.
