To continue providing our clients with the highest level of support, we’re pleased to announce that we are now able to offer RiskWise users a new, dedicated support telephone number: +44 (0)1954 770984.
The new support line goes live from the 9th September, providing users with an additional channel to get in touch, as well as the existing options of raising a helpdesk ticket via email or within RiskWise directly. Users will still be able to call the Support team through our main office line and our Reception team will redirect your call. Our Support team and helpdesk system remain the same, providing assistance to RiskWise users from 08:30 - 17:00 UK time, Monday to Friday.
S2’s ongoing effort to improve the functionality of RiskWise is based on feedback from our clients, and this new provision is intended to provide a swifter service and a faster connection to a member of the RiskWise Support team.
