What does the Contractor List show?

The Contractor List will show you a full list of all Contractors that have been added to the system you are currently viewing. The data here is similar to that shown in the Property List but rather than being specific to the property, this information is specific to Contractors.

Along with the name of the Contractors, there are some other key pieces of information such as contact telephone number and address details. The main difference with the Contractor List compared to the Property List is the final column entitled Contractor Status, which relates to the current status of that Contractor in the system. There are a number of different statuses that a Contractor may be showing as;

1. Pre-Verification

This status means that a Contractor has been added to the system but has not yet been approved so any Contractor at this status cannot be used in the system.

 2.Vetted – Unused

This status means that a Contractor has had their details approved but has not yet been issued any work.

 3. Vetted – Active

This status means that a Contractor is verified and has been used in the system.

 4. Under Review

This status means that a Contractor has been placed under review perhaps due to some documentation being out of date, and cannot be used until they have been approved again.

Depending on the level of access you have to the system, you may also see the ‘Delete’ button on the far right hand side. This will remove the Contractor from the system, along with all previous inspections/actions that may have been logged against that Contractor.
