To add a Contractor, open up the grey tool menu and click the ‘Contractor Users - Add’.
This will open a new window where you will need to select to provide the Contractor information or request the Contractor to log in and populate the required information.
Contractor to Provide the Information
Selecting this option will require you to input the Company Name and then specify the details of a Contractor User. In the Add Contractor User pop-up, you will be required to enter the key contact information for the Contractor User as well as providing them with a username and password. Once this information has been entered and the Save button has been clicked, the RiskWise system will send an automated email to the Contractor User using the information you have given, asking them to sign in to the RiskWise system and populate their details.
Providing the Contractor Information
Selecting this option will require you enter full Contractor details. This may include key information such as Contractor Name, contact information and any other data that may be required depending on how the system you are using has been configured. Any fields that must be completed will be highlighted with a red star next to them. Once this information has been entered, click Save. You will then need to specify the details of a Contractor User. In the Add Contractor User pop-up, you will be required to enter the key contact information for the Contractor User as well as providing them with a username and password. Once this has been entered, please click Save and the system will take you to the Contractor Details page for this Contractor.
