The Contractor Management Actions can be located within the KPI screen and then ‘Management Action KPI’ shown below.
The data found within the Management Actions KPI relate to Actions which have been logged against a Contractor Event/Inspection whereas the data found in the KPI relate to Actions which have been assigned to Contractors.
The top-level KPI screen is split into four columns. The first is the user level of which you are currently viewing.
The second column shows the total amount of actions logged against that Contractor.
The third column shows is the number of total actions which have been cleared off the system.
The fourth column shows how many of the actions are still outstanding.
Any of the figures can be clicked into to get further details. The next level of KPI shows a breakdown of actions by ‘due’ (not passed their time limit) and ‘overdue’. Clicking down on any of these figures will take you to the bottom level of KPI; showing the figures by risk priority.
These figures can be clicked on to and it will give you a list of the actions falling under the KPI filter you have set.
Users can also limit the data shown in the KPI screen by clicking on ‘KPI Options’ in the yellow menu bar. This allows users to amend the staffing levels by which the data is shown, and also allows for a filter by timeframe.
