What is Contractor Feedback?

The Contractor Feedback functionality is used to show the Quality, Timeliness and Communication rating a client believes the Contractor has earned for their most recent work.

The overall feedback for a Contractor can be located by clicking onto the “Contractor” tab and then selecting the “Feedback” tab.

Contractor feedback can be given once a Contractor has completed a job which has been allocated to them. The feedback will then update on the system each time feedback has been given.

In order to give a Contractor feedback, simply go to the “Feedback” tab and then click onto the “Awaiting Feedback” heading.

Then proceed to click onto the star icon shown in the right-hand side of the screen and a pop up will then appear where feedback can be given and then saved.
