When a service provider updates a job in Elogbooks the status will change in RiskWise. An email escalation can be created by your system administrator to notify users when this is updated in RiskWise.
To access email escalations, go to ‘Settings’ and select ‘Email Escalations’ within System Settings.
To create a new escalation, click ‘Add Email Escalation’ located in the top right. A popup window will appear. From the radio buttons displayed select the required event that you wish to use as the basis for the notification, e.g. Elogbooks status updated. When you have selected the required event, click ‘Continue’.
You will then be prompted confirm the criteria over the next few pages before clicking ‘Save’
