Navigate to the Contractor's tab/ Work permits / Change the permit filter to 'All closed permits' / Click on the permit reference number of the permit that has been cancelled / Click on the history tab as highlighted in red below:
The history tab will show you why the permit has been cancelled if you look at the 'permit status updated' in the notes section.
If the permit has been cancelled due to it being the wrong permit type logged or the permit being logged against the wrong property then you will need to create a new permit with the correct changes made to it.
If you are unsure why this has been cancelled please speak to the RiskWise support team and they will be able to advise why and who to contact if it is needed.
