How can I manage and create Floorplans for a property?

To view Floorplans for a property, navigate go to the Property List tab and choose the relevant property. When viewing the Properties Details page, click on “Floorplans” as highlighted below. 

To upload a new Floorplan, select the ‘Add Floorplan’ icon which can be found in the top right hand side of your screen.

Select “Choose File” and then “Upload” Please note that the file must be in an image format i.e. JPEG or PNG

If you have another format i.e. DWG or PDF this can be stored in the appropriate folder within the documents library in the original format.

To create and image for use with the Floorplans functionality you would need to take a screenshot of the Floorplan diagram within the document, and save it as an image format i.e. JPEG or PNG format for uploading.

Once the image has been uploaded, you are able to crop an unwanted certain section of the floor plan. Simply click onto "Crop Image" and then you will be presented with the floor plan image on the left and you can now click and drag your cursor on the image in order to crop a section of the floor plan. Once you have cropped the image, click save.

The image will now appear and you will be able to click the “Edit” pencil icon in order to write a description of what the image shows.

If you click onto the image, this will then expand so you can view the Floorplan in a larger scale and you are also able to download/save it required.

Once a floor plan of the property has been uploaded you are able to add the location of the action.
