Property Risk Scoring allows for risk types to be stored as a custom field against the property details screen. These fields can be anything you wish to monitor, for example, whether a property is in a flood-risk area, or the risk of crime.
Risk custom fields appear much like any other property custom field, however, they have scoring and parent-child relationships.
Risks to a property are colour-coded as red on the property detail screen. Risk controls, which can reduce the score of the parent risk, are shown in green font on the property details screen.
Once data has been entered into these fields, the system makes a real-time calculation and provides a percentage score for that property. 0% is the perfect score, whereas 100% is the worst possible score. It may however be impossible for a property to ever reach 0%, based on inherent risks to the property.
This data can then be reported in a variety of league tables and graphs.
