What is report builder scoring?

'Report Builder Scoring' allows the user to assign a value to answers when setting up or editing a question. Any new reports run after the values are added will have this value assigned to the answers given.

The overall score of the report will then be visible on the ‘Audit Report’ tab of the system including a percentage result based on the total available marks within the report. To view the score click ‘View Audit Report’ in the grey tool menu on the right hand side of the screen, then click the magnifying glass next to the audit report you wish to view. 

Users can also use the ‘Audit Report’ section of data search to look for these answers.

Scoring can be useful in a number of ways. For example, where a site survey is being carried out, but actions are not necessarily required for all negative answers, the scoring can be used as an additional option to provide an overall picture of the site.
