How can I generate a PDF audit report document?

When recording an audit report event/inspection from the RiskWise App or RiskWise online system, you can record responses along with photographs and actions and this information can be produced in a PDF report document.

To generate a PDF document you will find the ‘Download Event Report’ link in the grey tool menu as shown below:

You will see a pop up asking what format you want the file in. Once you have chosen, press “save”. 

This document will be downloaded and can be saved or opened on your computer locally once complete.

If any changes are made to the document this can then be generated again to create an additional document that will contain the details of the update stored in the audit trail summary.
