The default view shows all actions where you are named as the current ‘risk owner’. This list will be generated from all of the properties which you have access to, and will list out the actions in a standard table format. Actions can be drilled down and the table can be sorted and exported into Excel.
In addition to the table of data, you are provided with a series of tabs to view the data in graphical format.
The dropdown option at the top of the main window will however allow you to switch between the default ‘risk owner’ view and the option to display actions ‘On all properties I am assigned to’.
The biggest difference here is for users who may not always be the risk owner, such as a regional manager. This second option will generate a task list of all actions, where the user is assigned, regardless of whether they are the named individual or not.
The actions area of the task list will show outstanding actions limited by the properties that you are attached you. As administrators have an access level above the user tree, they are in effect not attached to any properties, hence why the action task list will be empty.
As a higher level user of the system, you may have permissions to interact with requests for extensions or authorisation. The outstanding requests tab will list out an extension or authorisation requests that have been requested of you.
