How do I accept / reject extension requests?

To accept or reject an extension request for more than one action at a time please navigate to the ‘Task List’ tab and select the ‘Outstanding Requests’ button.

To accept or reject, please tick the box by each request, you are able to select a maximum of 10 requests at a time.

Once you have selected the relevant extension request, the arrow icon in the above ‘Mass Select Options’ table will now show.

Click onto this icon which will then provide a pop up screen where you will be able to either choose to ‘Granted’ or ‘Rejected’ the requests. You are also able to write any comments if you choose using the section named ‘Your Notes’ however please note that this will be applied to all of the action requests you selected.
