Once activated, the dashboard has been designed to allow users to assign up to 20 panels, or widgets, per dashboard. The seven new widgets available to you are:
- Aggregate Data Table - Allows you to choose from a series of aggregate data tables, each of groups a set of data by pre-set field criteria. Each table offers filtering capabilities, allowing you to filter certain criteria down to maximise your data requirements.
- Custom Charts – allowing you to choose from a series of charts which can be filtered to maximise your data requirements. You are able to filter by Properties, Actions, Inspections, Waste Streams and Units, as well as a number of other categories.
- Custom Data Table - Limited to the top 20 records, this allows you to choose from a series of data tables. Each table offers filtering capabilities, allowing you to filter certain criteria down to maximise your data requirements.
- Custom Statistic– allowing you to choose from a series of statistical groups i.e. display how many Outstanding and Overdue Actions there are, by Severity
- Data List – allows you to select data in a list format for, i.e. industry news and system messages
- Data table – this allows you to choose from any tables in RiskWise, i.e. Actions Outstanding/Overdue, and will limit the data to the top 20 records
- Free Text - Allows you to enter data into a free text field, i.e. an introduction to the dashboard
- Headline Single Statistic - Allows you to pick a single key system statistic, for example, the number of properties added this week or Overdue Actions
- Headline Statistics List - Allows you to pick a series of key system statistics, for example, the number of actions added and the number of actions completed this week.
