I have forgotten my Password / Username, how can I reset it?

Please note that to reset your password you will need to enter your 'Username', this will then notify you via the email address linked to the username entered.

From the login screen, click on ‘Forgot Username’ or ‘Password’ links as shown below.

Once you have clicked forgot password, in the text box, proceed to enter your username and then click ‘request password’. Your password will be reset and then sent out to your email address.

Once you have logged in, you are free to change your password to something of your own choosing.

For username, in the text box, proceed to enter your email address and then click ‘Recover Username’. Your username will be then sent to your email address. If there are multiple accounts associated with your email, you will get information about all these linked accounts.
