To change your username and/or password, click the profile icon, which is always displayed in the top right hand corner of the screen.
The dropdown menu will then appear. Click ‘My Settings’. The ‘user settings’ popup will then appear.
Scroll to the bottom of the popup and you will see the text box ‘Username’ will display your existing username and will allow you to overtype with a new username.
To change your password, select the 'Reset Password' tick box and click Save. A password reset link will then be sent to the email address associated with your account.
Open the password reset email and follow the link provided. You will be prompted to create a new password.
Your new password must:
- Be at least eight characters long
- Contain both letters and numbers
- Begin with a capital letter
Once your new password has been entered and confirmed, your password will be updated successfully.
