How do I find my Company ID?

Your Company/Client ID number is a 4-digit number that grants you access to the specific system you require access to. This should be provided to you with your login details.

If you need to locate your company ID, this can be found in 2 different ways.

The first way is from within the system, click the 'Person' icon located at the top right of the screen. Then please click on 'Contact S2'.

This will then bring up the Contact S2 form, however, located in the bottom right of the form you will be shown your Company ID number.

This is the number that will be used to log into the system and will also help our Support team with assisting you with your queries.

The second way of locating your Company ID number is from outside the system before you enter your username and password to login. In the bottom right of the page, you will be shown the name of the RiskWise system you are attempting to log into along with the Company ID number listed next to ‘Client ID’.
