The ‘Key Performance Indicator’ screen is a quick way of viewing the current status of actions. To view the 'KPI' screen click the ‘KPI’ tab on the top menu bar.
Data within the KPI screen is flexible and is based on how the company staffing hierarchy is set up.
From a top level users viewpoint, the current status of actions could be compared across the whole system, however a user with responsibility for a smaller amount of properties would only see the properties of interest.
The top level KPI screen is split into eight columns. The first is the user level of which you are currently viewing, and this is based on how your main administrator has set the system up.
The second column shows the total amount of actions logged against that staff level or property.
The third to fifth columns show the amount of total actions which have been cleared off the system.
The sixth to eighth columns show how many of the actions are still outstanding / overdue.
Any of the figures in the table can be clicked for further details. The next level of KPI shows a breakdown of actions by risk priority.
These figures can be clicked on to get a list of the actions falling under the KPI filter you have set.
Users can also limit the data shown in the KPI screen by clicking on ‘Data Filters’ in the light blue menu bar. This allows users to amend the staffing levels by which the data is shown, and also allows for a filter by time-frame.
The information contained in the table can also be viewed as a graph by clicking each of the additional tabs shown.
