How can I set up Risk Liability Reporting on RiskWise?

Risk Liability Reporting can be setup on any RiskWise system, but would require activating in the system before it can be configured. If you would like more details on this please enquire with the RiskWise Support team at riskwise@s2partnership.co.uk

Once activated the settings can be configured within the ‘Settings’ tab. The first setting to update is within the ‘Risk Liability Levels’ icon. Within here, you can create your Risk Liability levels, assign them a short name, set a colour and set a maximum liability level score.

Once you have set your Risk Liability categories, you can set your liability weighting against the appropriate Action severities

For example, if you were to log three actions (without completing them), two of which were ‘High’ and one was ‘Moderate’ against a single property, the total Risk Liability score against that property would be 12 (5+5+2). This means, by using the data in figure 1, that the Risk Liability level against the property would be ‘Medium’, as it is above 10, but lower than 25.

The main report is accessed from the KPI dropdown. Once accessed, the system will display the report alongside two different graphs.

The quick filter at the top of figure 3 allows you to switch between the top level hierarchical view and the property view. Note it will only display properties you’re assigned to.

The ‘Outstanding Actions’ column (At hierarchical view) is simply a sum of all the outstanding Actions within that user level. At property level, it’s simply a count of outstanding Actions against each property.

The ‘Total Risk Liability’ score (At hierarchical view) is a sum of each properties total risk liability score.

Snapshotted Data

At the end of each month, each properties data (outstanding actions, risk liability level and total risk liability score) is snapshotted.

The column ‘Difference from Previous Month’ (displayed at both hierarchy and property view) uses the snapshotted data to showcase the current Risk Liability score compared to last month’s score. Each user level and property row will display a coloured arrow and score to denote whether the current score is better, worse off or of no difference to the end of the last month.

To display the snapshotted data described above, there is graph which plots how many properties were within each Risk Liability category at the end of each month. Over time, you will be able to see how the management of risk has improved or worsened. Moreover, you can filter the graph to see property specific statistics.
