The way in which KPI data is displayed is determined by the system settings in place, along with your position in the user hierarchy.
If you would like to simply to filter the KPI data by a certain user level, you can select the different user level by using the drop down menu named ' Show this Performance Report by:'.
Alternatively, to change from the default view, click ‘Data Filters’ found within the ‘Tool Menu’.
The first option is ‘Show this Performance by:’. This drop down allows you to choose the main option by which data is displayed within the KPI screen. This can be by any of the user levels set within the system, or by certain properties / users.
The KPI data displayed can also be filtered on property details by entering the term you wish to filter on into the ‘Limit By Property Details’ fields. This allows you to filter KPI to only the properties that match the required property fields you have entered.
Filters can also be applied to show data only from particular inspection types, action types or action severities by selecting these from the list shown. Furthermore, You can filter the data displayed by 'Recorded Within', 'Modified Within', 'Took Place Within' and 'Review Due Within'. Clicking on any of the date boxes, brings up the calendar for you to easily set a date.
Once your filters have been chosen, click ‘Apply Filter’. The KPI screen will refresh with the updated data. To reset the data, click ‘KPI’ from the top menu bar.
