Compliance Reporting scores can be viewed from a number of key areas in RiskWise, but the main reporting screen is found under the main menu item ‘Year Planner’, titled ‘Compliance Reporting’.
The main tabular reporting screen below will be shown which highlights the highest reporting level down the left-hand side and the reporting inspection types along the top of the page. The inspection types that are included can be set within the settings area, so this can be adapted to suit your needs. Furthermore, there are three columns named “Properties”, “Events Expected” and “Actions” and these columns will show you the total number of properties and events expected, under a portfolio and then the “Actions” column will again give you the total of actions under the same portfolio. You can click and drill down further by clicking onto the number in the “Properties”.
Within the reporting screen there are a number of filters which if selected will change the view. The options are as follows:
Property = View the report by property by clicking the house icon alongside a level.
Users = View the report by user by clicking a User Level name
The reporting time frame can also be changed using the ‘Select Month View’ drop down, which enables you to change from the current month to see the snapshot position for a specific month.
The compliance score can be found on the left and far right of the table and indicates the overall compliance score for the property, user or user level on the left. This is calculated based on all of the compliance scores from the inspection types shown and any outstanding actions.
Each cell where there is data will show as one of the following colours: Red, Amber or Green
The boundaries for each colour can be set using the ‘Set % Boundaries’ from the top right hand corner of the screen.
If you hover over any one cell on the screen the screen will provide you with the calculation behind the indication, as shown in the below screenshot.
The terminology in the hover over is as follows:
Events Expected = The total number of Inspections due to be completed.
Fully Compliant = Inspections that were due for a specified date and have been completed.
Compliant – Outstanding Actions = Inspections completed but where there are outstanding actions.
Non-Compliant – Events Completed, Outstanding Actions = Inspections completed but where there are outstanding actions.
Non-Compliant –Events Outstanding = Inspections that were due and have not been completed.
Non-Compliant – No Event = Inspection types that are set as applicable for the property but have not been recorded
All of the inspection types can be abbreviated using the ‘short names’ which can be set in the grey tool menu, but if you would like to see the full name for each these can be found by simply hovering over the heading.
There is also a number of charts available via the ‘Compliance Dashboard’ icon in the top right hand corner
