How can I see a property’s Compliance Reporting score?

Compliance Reporting scores can be easily found in the right-hand column from the ‘Property List’ tab.

This figure is the overall total average for the property based on all applicable inspection types and any outstanding actions.

To see more details about a specific property you can click on the ‘Property Name’ to navigate to the ‘Property Details’ screen. From here you will see the “Overall Compliance Score” located under the main property details.

The score show will include the below terms:

Events Expected = Total number of Inspections due to be completed

Fully Compliant = Inspections that were due and have been completed.

Compliant - Outstanding Actions

Non-Compliant – Events Outstanding = Inspections that were due and have not been completed.

Non-Compliant – Events Completed, Outstanding Actions = Inspections that were completed but where there are actions raised which are outstanding.

The calculation will add up the inspection type compliance score percentages and divide by the total number of inspections required. For example Three inspections, where two are of the same type, however each has equal weighting FRA = 100%

Lift 1 = 50%

Lift 2 = 50%

Property Compliance Score = 67%

The Compliance Score at the top of the page will give the overall score as a percentage.
