Compliance Reporting scores can be viewed from a number of key areas in RiskWise, but the main reporting screen is found within the ‘Year Planner’ tab.
Once here you will find an icon in the top right hand corner of the screen titled ‘Compliance Reporting‘.
The Compliance Score is calculated every 10 minutes.
The main tabular reporting screen below will be shown which highlights each property down the left-hand side and the reporting inspection types along the top of the page. The inspection types that are included can be set within the settings area, so this can be adapted to suit your needs.
Within the reporting screen there are a number of filters in the top left, which if selected will change the view. The options are as follows:
Property = View the report by property, for your portfolio.
Users = View the report by user, within your portfolio.
User Level = View the report by user level, within your portfolio.
The reporting timeframe can also be changed using the ‘Selected Month View’ dropdown, which enables you to change from the current month to see the snapshot position for a specific month.
The far right column indicates the overall compliance score for the property, user or user level on the left. This is calculated based on all of the compliance scores from the inspection types shown and any outstanding actions.
Each cell where there is data will show as one of the following colours:
Red
Amber
Green
The boundaries for each colour can be set using the ‘Set % Boundaries’ from the top right hand corner of the screen
If you hover over any one cell on the screen the screen will provide you with the calculation behind the indication, as shown in the below screenshot.
The terminology in the hover over is as follows:
Required Inspections = Total number of Inspections due to be completed
Compliant Inspections = Inspections that were due and have been completed.
Non-Compliant – not received = Inspections that were due and have not been completed.
Non-Compliant – received = Inspections that were done but where there are actions raised which are outstanding.
All of the inspection types can be abbreviated using the ‘short names’ which can be set in the setting icon, but if you would like to see the full name for each these can be found by simply hovering over the heading.
There is also a number of charts available via the ‘Compliance Dashboard’ icon in the top right hand corner.
