Introduction to Action Management

The Action Management functionality allows users the freedom to manage and update actions whilst on the go. Designed to allow user to simply update, view and complete actions when they are out on site, users choose to download property information before leaving a Wi-Fi or mobile data signal.

When the user is on site, they can use the Action Management functionality to update, email out and close actions. Once back online and the device is synchronised back to the core RiskWise system, the updates to actions are implemented.

Please note that the Action Management functionality currently overrides all other permissions that relate to Actions in the core RiskWise system. This means that if users have access to Action Management on the App who may not have the appropriate permissions in place to update or close Actions in the core RiskWise system would have the option to do this via the RiskWise App.
