To log into the app, enter your company ID, username and password and then click ‘Login’. The first time you log into the app you will need to enter your company ID but once this has been used, the app will remember this for the next time you log in.
When you first log into the app you will need to have an internet connection in order for the device to sync with the core RiskWise system. The sync will update the device to reflect any changes that have been made in the core RiskWise system which may include updates to the content of the site checklists and/or the properties that you have access to.
Once the device has been synched and you are logged in, it is possible to carry out activities on the RiskWise App whilst offline, which is especially useful if for example you are at a site with no internet connection. To make sure you are not connected to a connection you can use the ‘Airplane Mode’ setting built into your device.
