If you need to record any additional actions to those raised automatically by the answers added to audit questions, actions can also be logged manually by clicking ‘New Action’ from the main Log New Inspection Page.
The ‘Log Action’ screen will be shown, the Hazard information can be added to the text field.
The Action Category, Action Priority and Action Target Date can then be selected by clicking on the fields.
The Action Required can then be added to the text field, additional information can be added if required to the ‘Additional Notes’ text field.
An image of the hazard can be added by clicking upload, the options for adding the file will be presented as before.
Press the Log Action button. You will then be taken back to the Log Inspection page.
You will then be taken back to the main Property page where you will be able to see the checklist that has just logged is now showing in the Completed Inspections on Device box. Please note that at this stage the information in the checklist is not available to anyone else as the information has not been synched with the core RiskWise system.
