The Event Matrix can be found under the ’Year Planner’ tab and can be viewed by clicking ‘Event Matrix’.
The first time you view the Event Matrix you will need to configure the types of event you wish to view on each module / property. To select the event types click ‘Configure Event Matrix’ located within the ‘Tool Menu’.
The ‘Configure Event Matrix’ popup will be shown where you can select the Inspections you wish to view from the list, a maximum of 50 Inspection Types can be selected to view at one time.
When you have selected the Inspection Types click ’Continue’ and you will be given the option to save your new search filter. If you click ‘Save’, you will see a drop down menu under “Select Saved Filter” where you are able to choose your saved searches or you can select the default filter.
You are also able to make any amendments to your saved searches by clicking onto the icon named “Manage Saved Searches”.
The event types you have selected will be shown each time you view the event matrix. You can re-configure the event matrix to show different Inspection Types at any time by amending the ‘Configure Event Matrix’.
The ‘Event Matrix’ can be filtered to view all data, only outstanding data or only where data is not available.
The information shown in the ‘Event Matrix’ can be filtered by property, users or modules by clicking onto the ‘Configure Event Matrix’ located within the ‘Tool Menu’.
