How can I Mass Download and upload Utility Reading Data?

To download Utility Reading Data please navigate to the ‘Environmental Management’ module and then select the relevant property. From the property details page click “Utility Meters” found within the green header. To mass download utility data, simply click onto the icon “Mass Download of Utility Data”

A pop up will appear where you can limit your search by certain properties which you are assigned to, and also by users. Once you have set your criteria, click ‘Continue’.

You can then continue through the additional screens, filling in the relevant information you require. You will have the option to export a specific Meter Reading or Consumption Recording where you will also be able to select the Reading Entry Frequency.

You will be able to limit your export by specific meter references or all meters, utility type, supply type, export meter type and also from a certain month and year. Once completed, click the “Download” button and the data will be placed into an excel spreadsheet where you can start to input the Utility data. Once you have completed the data onto the spreadsheet and you now want to upload this to RiskWise, click “Mass Upload of Utility Reading Data”.

A pop-up screen will then appear where you can upload the completed utility data spreadsheet. Simply click onto “Upload File” and “Add Files”, select the utility reading data spreadsheet and click “Start Upload”. Once the upload has been completed, all utility reading data will have been uploaded to RiskWise and will be visible once you have clicked into the “Utility Meters” header.
