What are Energy/Utility Reports?

The Energy/Utility Report provides four options for reporting.

The Energy/Utility Report can be found by accessing any property, when in the environmental module, and clicking ‘Utility Meters’ or ‘Energy Meters’, the name of this button will be dependent on how your system has been set-up, the icon will be in the same place regardless.

 The popup will ask you to choose your Report Type. There are four reports available:

 The content of each report is as follows:

Yearly Readings Report – This will display all meters for all properties with Energy/Utility Meter data stored against them. The total is displayed on the right hand side along with the mean and median values.

Meter Consumption Report – This will provide you data for just the property you are viewing. The total is displayed on the right hand side along with the mean and median values.

Energy Consumption Report – This provides a summary of the combined consumption for each Energy/Utility Type per month. This will provide you data for just the property you are viewing. The total is displayed on the right hand side along with the mean, median and Mean per Meter values.  Graphs are also available within the tabs.

Energy Consumption Benchmark Report – This reports allows you to compare properties against each other by providing a tab for each Energy/Utility Meter and the total, mean and median values.
