How can I Mass Download and upload Waste Data?

To download Waste Data please navigate to the ‘Environmental Management’ module and then select the relevant property. From the property details page click “Waste Streams” found within the green header. To mass download waste data, simply click onto the icon “Download Waste Data”

A pop up will appear where you can limit your search by certain properties which you are assigned to, and also by users. Once you have set your criteria, click ‘Continue’.

 You can then continue through the additional screens, filling in the relevant information you require. You will have the option to export a specific Waste Stream or all Waste Streams against your selected properties.

You will be able to filter by stream type and treatment method, by dates the streams were updated and the default Waste Stream Fields. Once completed, click the “Download” button and the data will be placed into an excel spreadsheet where you can start to input the streams data. Once you have completed the data onto the spreadsheet and you now want to upload this to RiskWise, click “Upload Waste Data”.

A pop-up screen will then appear where you can upload the completed Waste Stream spreadsheet. Simply click onto “Upload File” and “Add Files”, select the Waste Stream spreadsheet and click “Start Upload”. Once the upload has been completed, all Waste Stream data will have been uploaded to RiskWise and will be visible once you have clicked into the “Waste Streams” header.
