How do I navigate through the KPI?

Once logged into RiskWise, if you hover your curser over the KPI tab, there will be two options you can select from ‘Actions Performance’ and ‘Events Performance’.

After selecting “Actions Performance” you can then drill down into the data by user on the left-hand side of the table, or by the action status figure. Once you have filtered to the information you require, you can then export this data into an Excel spreadsheet. You are also able to apply filters to the data by clicking on  ‘Data Filters’. Both tools can be found within the grey tool menu in the top right corner of the screen.

The same steps can be used when you choose ‘Events Performance’ from the KPI drop down menu.

You are now also able to remove the percentages and decimals from the KPI stats by clicking onto ‘Show / Hide Percentages’.

Once you have pressed the ‘Show / Hide Percentages’, all percentages and decimals will be removed from the data and this will also apply if you export the data into Excel. This will be useful for users who use Excel formulas on the KPI data for reporting purposes.
