How do I swap / replace User Assignments for a group of properties?

To swap/replace user assignments for a property you will need to go into ‘Settings’ icon, found in the top right corner of the screen and then ‘User Hierarchy Level’.

You will then need to click onto the relevant user level where you wish to swap a user assignment for and a pop up screen will then appear. You will then need to click onto the ‘Currently Assigned User’ drop-down and select the user you wish to replace.

You will then need to click onto the ‘Assignment Replacement User’ drop-down menu and then select the user who you wish to have replace the existing user. Once both users have been selected, you can then choose the properties where you would like to make the user updates to. To select multiple properties, hold down the Ctrl button on your key board and then once the properties and users have been selected, simply click the blue save button in the lower right hand corner of the pop up screen to apply these user updates to the properties you had selected.
