How do I Mass Assign users to properties?

The Mass User Assignment functionality is mainly available for RiskWise system administrators as applying Mass User assignments can affect access for multiple users. We would recommend contacting your RiskWise Account Manager for guidance before proceeding with the Mass User Assignments.

You will firstly need to create a base template for your user assignments that you wish to apply to other properties and so if you make the required user assignments to just one property and then once these have been made, if you go into the ‘Settings’ icons in the right-hand side of the screen, and then click ‘Mass User Assignments’

You will then need to click on the grey tool menu on the right-hand side and select “Add Assignments”

Once you have clicked “Add Assignments”, a pop-up screen will appear where you can choose to select just certain user level assignments or to have all user levels selected (which is the default) when you apply the mass user assignments.

If you then press continue, the next page will allow you to select the properties which you wish to apply the mass user assignments to, or you can select a certain user who is assigned to numerous properties where you wish to apply the user assignments.

Once you have completed this page, if you continue further, the last screen will then show you a breakdown of the user levels that will be mass assigned and also the properties that will have the users assigned to.

Please note that applying these changes will overwrite the existing user assignments for the selected properties. For any uncertainty, please contact your RiskWise Account Manager for guidance, before making any changes.

If you need to make any amendments, simply press cancel and then start the process again, or you can press ok and then the Mass User Assignments will be applied to the relevant properties.
