To view a previously logged incident, you will need to go to the ‘Accidents, Incidents & Claims’ module and then go into the ‘Property List’ tab and select the relevant property. You will then need to click onto the ‘Incidents’ subheading and click onto the incidents tab and then onto the relevant incidents reference number.
You will then be able to review the incident by clicking through each of the tabs shown in the screenshot below.
Users can also export the incident's information into excel by using the ‘Export Screen Data’ option found in the grey tool menu.
