Once you are on the closed incident, you can re-open an incident by clicking onto the ‘Reopen Incident’ tab.
Once you have clicked onto this button, a pop-up screen will appear where you can input a reason for reopening the incident before pressing the save button.
Once the incident has been reopened, users will once again be able to update the incident or close it down again by using the relevant buttons on the right-hand side of the incident.
